We want you to love your wallet. If anything is wrong on our end — wrong color, blurry photo, engraving error, damage in transit — we will remake it free or refund you in full, your choice.
To make a claim, email hello@kifold.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number (starts with
KF-) - A photo of the wallet showing the issue
- Whether you'd like a remake or a refund
We respond within one business day and process refunds back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Returns on personalized items
Because each wallet is custom-made for one person, we can't accept generic "changed my mind" returns. Industry standard for personalized goods, and the only reason we can keep shipping free worldwide.
That said, the 30-day guarantee above covers any quality or fulfillment issue. You're never stuck with a wallet that's wrong on our end.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7+ days, or your package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it, email us and we will reship at our expense. We file the carrier claim, you don't have to.
Customs & duties
For most countries, customs and duties are not charged on shipments at this price point. If your country does charge them, they are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare every shipment accurately and at order value.
Wrong address or typos
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it free. After production starts, address changes may not be possible — but we will always try.
