Delivery

Shipping is free worldwide. Tracked. Typical delivery:

• United States — 5–8 business days
• Canada — 6–10 business days
• UK & EU — 5–9 business days
• Australia & NZ — 7–12 business days
• Rest of world — 8–14 business days

Our guarantee

If the print quality isn't what you expected, we'll remake your wallet free or refund you in full — your choice. Just email hello@kifold.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery.

Returns on personalized items

Because each wallet is custom-made for one person, we can't accept generic returns. But our guarantee covers anything that's wrong on our end: wrong color, blurry print, damaged in transit, engraving error.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days or your package is marked delivered but missing, we'll reship at our expense.
