Orders & pricing

By placing an order you confirm the photo and engraving text are correct. We start production within 24 hours, so changes after that window may not be possible.

Image rights

You confirm you own — or have permission to use — the photo you upload. We don't store or reuse your photo beyond fulfilling your order, and we never share it with third parties other than our print partner.

Refunds

Covered under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the Shipping & Returns page.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the price you paid. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes that can't be resolved by email will be heard in courts of competent jurisdiction.
